我們的理念Our Philosophy
點亮台灣與世界鄉野的星空Lighting up the Starry Skies of Rural Taiwan and Beyond
自然是最好的教室，鄉野中仍舊保存著原始的自然環境與星空，卻未能有人帶領小朋友抬頭仰望。我們希望透過設計富有在地特色的天文和STEM課程，達成以下目標：Nature is the best classroom. Rural areas still preserve pristine natural environments and starry skies, yet there are few to guide children to look up. We hope to achieve the following goals by designing astronomy and STEM curricula with local characteristics:
- 啟發小朋友對自然科學的熱愛與好奇Inspire children's love and curiosity for natural science
- 培養小朋友的環境保護意識與行動力Cultivate environmental awareness and action
- 增強對家鄉土地的認同與歸屬Enhance identity and belonging to their homeland
- 提供多元學習機會，彌補教育資源落差Provide diverse learning opportunities to bridge the educational resource gap
「星野的孩子」團隊的每一場活動，不只是一場科學營隊，更希望能透過在地化的課程設計與長期合作，在偏鄉地區種下自然教育的種子，成長為星野的孩子。Every event by the "Hoshiko" team is more than just a science camp. We hope to plant the seeds of nature education in rural areas through localized curriculum design and long-term cooperation, nurturing them to become Children of the Starfield.
